Block Watch Alert
March 14, NW 175th: Our house was robbed today, sometime between 9:30-7pm. They broke the glass and came in the back door. They took a bike, a camera, iPad, iPod, several expensive tools – all small items that could easily fit in a backpack. We’re missing two bikes so it’s likely to be more than one person who came through. Not sure if they left on the bikes or they had a car… they rifled through just about every drawer in the house.
Suspicious Person
Not sure if this helps but after the power went out around 4:30-5pm on Sunday, we saw an old blue Ford Econoline van with the left headlight out driving up and down the streets from 175th – 10th – IA Way and the then back to the park. We followed him back and forth until he (an older 60+ bearded man, pony tail, tinted glasses and a dark blue watch-cap) got nervous and finally stopped. License plate was B12276P. If this is a local – sorry you just looked suspicious!
